Calling all Trail Heads & Parks Lovers: there’s no better way to support Mount Vernon Parks than by joining our community for some quality trail-time followed by our "Trail Mixer" after party with live music, great food & beverages, raffle prizes, and a silent auction! The Little Mountain Trail-A-Thon & Trail Mixer begins and ends at Carpenter Creek Winery starting off with three simultaneous events for participants to choose from - All of which include a $0 Entry Fee option:
PLUS we even have a “Party Only” option available for folks who just want to join the celebration.
Proceeds from this event support Mount Vernon Parks Foundation's efforts to make our great local parks even better.
TRAIL-A-THON | 1:00 CHECK-IN / 2:00 START
Choose From Three Ways to Participate:
TRAIl RUN, HIKE, or Mountain BIKE
Just like last year, runners, hikers, and bikers will start and finish from Carpenter Creek Winery on the south side of the mountain. All three groups will be on the mountain simultaneously, separated by staggered starts and different routes to help keep everyone all safe. We expect most participants in the three events to complete their routes in approximately 90 minutes, getting them all back to the finish line at about the same time - to kick-off our Trail Mixer Party!
TRAIL MIXER | 3:30 - 7:00
All of our Trail-A-Thonners will be welcomed at the finish line with a Trail Mixer Celebration featuring:
Live Music by Penny Stinkers
raffle PRIZES - Including a new Specialized Mountain Bike ($1870 MSRP) thanks to Skagit Cycle Center
SILENT AUCTION ITEMS
Local BEER & Carpenter Creek WINEs
… All To Celebrate And Support Mount Vernon's Parks!
What better way could there be for Trail Heads & Parks Lovers to support our parks than with some quality trail time followed by socializing to live music and great refreshments?! WE HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE.
SPECIAL THANKS TO OUR SPONSORS
